  • After a month or two of feeling like a "beginner", I've finally got myself down to a comfortable and consistent sub 30 minute 5K.  But what's more, this past week I've managed TWO 5Ks that were remarkably quick for this year.  Using PodRunner, a podcast available fore free on iTunes, I ran two solid interval runs, using music and specific BPM to control cadence and pace.  My legs felt incredibly strong and the run itself fantastic. If your vision of you is healthier than what you see, it must start now. Start living your life to the fullest by living it well.

Living It Well is about the challenges that we all face in living life from the basics of getting from one day to the next to the more complex issues of how to identify priorities and divide one’s time to complement those beliefs. A fundamental tenet of the blog is that we have a duty to ourselves to take care — to the best of our ability, of our greatest possession: our self. In doing so, we can increase our own personal happiness, satisfaction, efficiency, productivity, generosity, appearance and so much more! Rather than looking externally for rigid instruction or plans that we cannot meet or worse putting secondary items ahead of our own well-being altogether it is imperative that we understand the simple steps it takes to transform yourself from a creature of habitual unhealthiness to one of habitual, healthy happiness.
